Charles Henrique Sales Valadão

Professional with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry in the areas of Resources and Reserves Estimation, Mine Planning, Mine Projects, Investments Analysis, Operating Cost Reduction and Quality Control. He worked for multinational and Brazilian companies such as Vale, Anglo American, MMX and Votorantim Metais. Master of Mineral Economics by Curtin University (Perth, Australia), Postgraduate in Mineral Economics by Universidad de Chile (Santiago, Chile), MBA in Finance by IBMEC (Belo Horizonte, MG) and Bachelor in Mining Engineering by UFMG.

 

Vinicius Lambertucci Glueck

Mining Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), he worked at the Mining Planning and Mineral Research Laboratory of UFMG in geostatistical projects performing simulations of various types of deposits such as copper, gold and iron.

He is currently part of VCE’s technical team working on several projects, including mine planning with the use of Minemax Scheduler software, development of planning software in Python, geostatistical studies , definition of samples for metallurgical characterization tests, simulation of processing plants and implementation of QAQC protocols.

 

Dr. George Eduardo Sales Valadão

Graduated in Mining Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1979). Master’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering – Extractive Metallurgy, Federal University of Minas Gerais (1983). PhD in Metallurgical and Mining Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1996). Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Utah (1998). He was a Professor at the Department of Mining Engineering at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. He participates in several projects in the area of Mineral Processing. He develops teaching activities in postgraduate courses and training for professionals in the mining area.
