He worked for multinational and Brazilian companies such as Vale, Anglo American, MMX and Votorantim Metais. Master of Mineral Economics by Curtin University (Perth, Australia), Postgraduate in Mineral Economics by Universidad de Chile (Santiago, Chile), MBA in Finance by IBMEC (Belo Horizonte, MG) and Bachelor in Mining Engineering by UFMG.
Wagner Santos Palheiros
Professional with solid experience in managing Open and Underground Mine Operations, Mine Planning, Geology, Mineral Exploration, Mineral Processing, Laboratories and Quality Control, occupying managerial and specialist positions in prominent mining companies for the past 24 years, such as: Nexa Resources, Anglo American, Trafigura-AEMR, Kinross, Alcoa, Vale and V&M Mineração. Extensive experience in the optimization and sequencing of open pit and underground mining with the use of various mineral software (Minemax, Deswik, Datamine / NPV Scheduler, Vulcan, Gemcom, MS-Whittle and Minesight).
Management of resources and reserves certification process, member and responsible for Due Diligence teams inside and outside Brazil.
Vinicius Lambertucci Glueck
Mining Engineer graduated from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), worked at the Mine Planning and Mineral Research Laboratory at UFMG in geostatistical projects, simulating various types of deposits such as copper, gold and iron.
He is currently part of the VCE technical team working on several projects, including mine planning using the Minemax Planner, Scheduler and Tempo software. ”
Lucas Dixini Campos
Mining Engineer from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) and Miskolci Egyetem (University of Miskolc – Hungary), engaging in several areas of mineral exploration projects with the Geophysical Research Institute of Budapest. Prepared a study to reuse iron ore waste as a geopolymer for use in civil construction.
He is currently part of the VCE technical team working on several projects, including the development of a stochastic simulation platform for stability and production optimization.
